This simple smoothie is quick to make, so an excellent choice for busy mornings on the go! Pineapple is a nutritional powerhouse, providing immune-boosting Vitamin C, Vitamin A important for eye health, as well as bromelain, an enzyme important in protein digestion and the maintenance of healthy testosterone levels. Ginger has
important anti-inflammatory properties and kale is a great source of iron and antioxidants.
Serves 1
80 g Kale
2 cups Pineapple (chopped)
0.5 (half) Cucumber (chopped)
200 g Low Fat Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Ginger
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until consistent.
3. Enjoy immediately, or store in a refrigerator for later.
