Spirulina post workout smoothie
  • Buck up your vitamins and iron with spirulina and dark green spinach.
  • Rehydrate with coconut water's natural electrolytes.  
  • Increase energy levels with the banana.
  • Initiate post workout muscle repair with the pea protein powder.


Serves 1

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp pea protein powder (15g)

1/2 tsp spirulina (2g)

20 almonds

1 large handful of spinach

1 cup coconut water (250 ml)

1 cup ice


1) Place all ingredients into a blender.

2) Blend until consistent.

3) Enjoy immediately, or store in a refrigerator for after your next workout.
