King prawn and basil spelt fusilli

Serves 3

This is a simple and quick recipe that can be enjoyed hot or cold, perfect for advance meal-prep. It is high in fiber, zinc, and iron, keeping your digestive and circulatory systems healthy. 


100g spelt pasta
5 basil sprigs
150g king prawns (cooked)
1/2 Tbsp olive oil (8ml)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1/2 tsp sea salt (3g)


1.  Boil the spelt pasta until al dente and drain.
2.  Heat the oil in a pan and then add the basil, garlic, and king prawns.
3.  Once the basil is wilted, add the drained pasta and mix well.
4.  Add salt and serve, storing the leftovers ready for another day's meal!
