Glass Noodle Salad

This glass noodle salad is bursting with fresh flavour. The noodles are a great source of choline, while the spices provide your with plenty of antioxidants to keep your heart and metabolism healthy. It is perfect accompanied with seitan of steamed salmon.

Serves 1



80 g Glass Noodles

1 Garlic clove

3 tsp Ginger

1/4 Sweet red pepper

1/20 (5 g) Liquid Amino Acid

1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds

1 tbsp Sesame oil

50 g Beansprouts



  1. Add enough warm water to cover glass noodles and beansprouts. Cover, and set aside.
  2. Combine the garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and stems, and liquid amino acid to make a dressing.
  3. Slice the red pepper and add to drained glass noodles and beansprouts.
  4. Add dressing and mix evenly.
  5. Enjoy topped with sesame seeds.
