These cookies are full of healthy monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) and plenty of antioxidants to keep your heart and metabolism healthy. They contain plenty of protein and fiber to keep your hunger pangs at bay and stop any unnecessary snacking. Cinnamon has also been shown to improve insulin sensitivity, so may help with your blood glucose levels.

1 tbsp Hemp seeds
15 g Sunflower seeds
60 g Shredded coconut
15 g Peanuts
30 g Pecans
6 tsp Cinnamon
45 g Brown flour
1 Egg white
1 tsp Baking powder
1 Grated carrot
1 Stevia
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
2. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
3. Divide into 6 clusters and place on a lined baking tray to bake for 20 minutes.
