Cajun Sweet Potato Wedges

These slightly spicy wedges are an excellent accompaniment to any main dish. Sweet potatoes are a great source of antioxidants to keep your heart and metabolism healthy. They have plenty of important vitamins to help you towards your daily micronutrient targets.

Serves 1


1 Sweet potato

0.5 tsp Onion granules

0.5 tsp Garlic granules

0.5 tsp Paprika

0.5 tbsp Olive oil



1. Cut the sweet potato into wedges.

2. Season with the onion granules, garlic granules, paprika and olive oil.

3. Spread evenly on a tray and cook at 220 C (430 F) for 20 minutes.

4. Enjoy!
